Found a really really neat store in Foley, Alabama near the outlet mall called Old Time Pottery. There are bargains there like you wouldn't believe! I purchased all the greenery for this urn for a song and added the red flowers later when I hit a Hobby Lobby 50% off sale. Thinking it needs some feathers in it, maybe in brown tones? Any thoughts on that, anyone? Not bad for under $30.00, huh?
Under $30? Wow I am impressed. Looks like that could have cost a lot more. I like how it turned out.

You know I will be there! Ole homestead is just nextdoor to me. So funny! Glad you made it back from senior trip. Jesse had a good time but he said ,after the fact, that he wished he would have just waited for our trip coming up. He spent way too much money and it was cold and rainy. You live and you learn...then you listen to your momma..smiles. Look forward to meeting you and Kim. I will have my camera ready!
ReplyDeleteI so love me some OTP. It rocks! I scored some sweet Fiesta saucers there in rose and black, for 15 cents each. They are discolored on the bottom -- but who eats off the bottom? 15 cents? OH YEAH!
